The aim of Chez Concierge is to ensure that every minute spent in your second home is quality time and free of all the stress of looking after your property. We want you to feel that when you are away, your home is being looked after and safe. We understand that you might not want to drive for 3 hours to let a tradesman in and that you might need for us to stock your fridge or organise for the grass to be cut for your arrival.
Chez Concierge was set up by 2 families, bringing together a wide set of skills and experience. Matt and Melissa were born in Devon and were childhood sweethearts. True to their love of the country, they still live in Devon and have made the decision to bring up their family where they were born. |
Matt and Melissa have an excellent knowledge of the county and great relationships with local tradesmen. Chez Concierge was born after they sold their country cottage as a second home to a family from London. Matt and Melissa were then asked to keep an eye on the property and organise any maintenance work when necessary.
Dean and Laetitia moved into the South West 13 years ago and understand the difficulties of finding your feet in a new area, the time required to know your new surroundings and finding a person you can trust to carry out maintenance work. As a former Director on the board of a successful international distribution company, Laetitia also knows all too well how difficult it can be to manage a career, social commitment and domestic responsibilities. |
