Bronze service
Property visit and maintenance check on a monthly basis
Silver Service
Property visit and maintenance check on a fortnightly basis
Gold Service
Property visit and maintenance check on a weekly basis

Additional services
Members part of the scheme will be charged at £25.00 per hour.
For non members, Chez Concierge will charge £35.00 per hour.
Maintenance or other work carried out by trade professionals to be charged at cost
